Bookings and confirmation
Once a booking request has been confirmed, guests must reconfirm it one week before their arrival date.
Luggage
We can take backpacks weighing up to 13 kg each to your room; guests must carry heavier backpacks and suitcases themselves.
If you use a luggage transfer service, please tell us which company when booking or as soon as you arrange it, so we can collect your luggage more easily.
Staying with dogs
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and confirmation. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse the following breeds: Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino and Rottweiler.
