  Wir waren am 17.09.2026 hier.
Die Pension liegt direkt am Jakobsweg, alles wichtige liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine sehr nette Begrüßung durch den sehr sympathischen Hausherrn.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte sogar ein Essbereich. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr schön.
Nicht zu vergessen, das Frühstück! Das war einfach spitze.

  A charming room and location, but truly, the welcoming and gracious hosts are what make Casa Waslala exceptional. I would gladly stay there again, and recommend that anyone who gets the chance stay there also. Additionally, their breakfast is one of the best I've tried on the Camino.

  Habitació molt senzilla i vella, però confortable. Dutxa i lavabo també vellets i, en el meu cas, fora de l'habitació (jo ja ho sabia). Carrer tranquil, cèntric i correcte per passar-hi una nit. Amfitrions amables i respectuosos. Vaig poder-me allotjar amb el meu gos, tot i que no hi havia llitet ni manta vella per a ell.

  We kwamen dit pension heel toevallig tegen tijdens onze zoektocht. En zijn enorm blij dat we deze plek gevonden hebben!

De eigenaar Paul ontvangt je met open armen, waardoor je je meteen thuis voelt.

De kamer is super netjes, ruim en comfortabel. Ook heel fijn dat je je eigen badkamer hebt!

We sloten ons verblijf af met een ontbijt, dat wederom super was. We konden meteen onze etappe aanvangen met een goed gevulde maag.

  Hola, mi nombre es Alberto hace casi un año allá por septiembre pase una noche en vuestra casa junto a mi compañero de camino Borja y mi perro Tom. Fue una estancia muy acogedora y aproveché para comprar vuestro libro. Una vez pasada la nostalgia del último camino, finalizamos en Burgos,  lo he leído cada noche un poquito después del trabajo y me ha encantado porque me trae tan buenos recuerdos de la experiencia que supone . Por ello os escribo para daros las gracias por haber plasmado por escrito esas experiencias de otros caminantes, pues al leerlas uno se siente bien supongo porque recuerda las suyas propias.

  We had a lovely stay at Waslala, the room was clean and private and the host was so welcoming and accommodating, he told us all the best places to eat in the town and gave us a map labeled with the grocery store, ATM and everything else we might need. It is such a homey place. We mentioned we were going to take a taxi the next day to escape some rain and he offered to drive us in his personal vehicle for half the cost of a taxi. As we drive he told us all about the area and his own Camino experiences.

  One of our favorite places thus far on the camino. The hosts are super attentive and kind. Great location right off the camino. A block away from a self-service laundry, the plaza, and several cafes and restaurants. Owners are from Nicaragua and the Netherlands.

  Great place run by Paul and his wife. Lovely place to stay, they opened up for in January and even made sure there was somewhere to eat in town.  Much appreciated!
